Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what information Censal Research collects when you visit censalresearch.com or email us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you. We see totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and device types.
  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
  • Emails. If you email us, we keep your message, your name and email address, and anything you choose to include, so we can reply and keep a record of our work.

What we don't do

  • We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
  • We don't sell or rent personal information.
  • We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the visit statistics. Zoho provides our email. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep business records, normally no longer than six years. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate only.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. If you are in the UK or European Union, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is for professional audiences and is not directed at children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
